Buy a Home in 2020 - Ayre/Rhinehart REALTORS

Buying a house is one of the best New Year's resolutions you can make, but achieving that goal will take work. Fortunately, there are proven steps any aspiring homeowner can take to simplify the process and achieve their dream home. Our real estate agents are happy to help, with five tips for making your dream of homeownership a reality in 2020.

  • Try a Budget Test Run
While you're in the early stages of searching through Midland homes for sale, it's helpful to try a test run of the budget that you'll use once you buy a home. Consider your likely monthly mortgage payment, utilities, maintenance, and homeowners insurance. Living in this budget ahead of time will give you a taste of what your finances will be like once you own a home, and can help you get a solid idea of what fits your budget.

Midland Holiday Events - Ayre/Rhinehart REALTORS

No matter how hectic life gets, the holidays are a time to share good cheer and make memories with family and friends. Mark your calendar for these festive holiday events around Midland suggested by our REALTORS®.

  • Fantasy of Lights Parade - 500 W. Midland Road, Auburn 48611
What's a holiday without a parade? Show your seasonal spirit at Auburn's third annual Fantasy of Lights Parade on Saturday, December 14. Get a group of family, friends, or co-workers to dress up a car or float or simply walk along the parade route, not far from Auburn homes for sale. This year's theme is "Rudolph Kisses and Candy Cane Wishes," so dress and decorate accordingly. Stay afterward for the tree-lighting ceremony. Participants are requested to make a donation to the Toni and Trish House, which provides care for the terminally ill. Line-up begins at 4:30 p.m. for a 6 p.m. parade start.
