Real estate may be about selling or buying homes, but for Joshua – it’s all about the people! His strong background in customer service started with 12 years in management in the hospitality industry. During this time his focus on providing quality service to both his team and customers resulted in strong performance for his company and great leadership skills with his team. A native of the Great Lakes Bay Region, Joshua attended Hemlock High School and Central Michigan University, majoring in business and finance.
These same skills enable Joshua to successfully assist his clients through the decision making process of buying and selling homes. His attention to detail and firm understanding of financial issues provides valuable service to his clients. Ultimately, Joshua understands that helping clients find the home that best fits their need or sell a home that no longer meets those needs requires first a commitment to service!
