Mat began his career in 1994 briefly as a sales agent for Ayre/Rhinehart before joining his grandfather in 1995 at Ultra Modular Homes. Further enhancing his career, in 1998 Mat obtained his mortgage brokers license and originated over 30 Million dollars in loans. Mat also holds a builders license which he used in his manufactured home business. The combination of skills in construction, finance, and sales are valuable assets for Mat’s customers.
Mat is a lifelong Midland County resident. He is an avid hunter and softball player. A member of the first Berryhill Baseball team to make it to the World Series, Mat continues his love of the game by sponsoring a softball team each year.
