with Ayre/Rhinehart Realtors. She obtained her Michigan Real Estate License in 1986.
In addition, she holds both the Certified Residential Specialist
(CRS) and Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) designations from the
National association of Realtors. The
CRS designation recognizes the highest professional achievement for
residential real estate. This
certification is held by fewer than 5% of all realtors in the United
States.
Brenda has a complete knowledge of properties in the
Midland area. She knows the real estate business and how to bring buyers and sellers together.
In fact, she is constantly fine-tuning her real estate skills by
completing courses in real estate taxation, marketing, appraising,
investing, and other critical subjects.This has resulted in consistent multi-million dollar
