Tom Darger
Associate Broker
Tom comes to AR as a 17 year veteran of the Midland real estate market with extensive experience in residential properties including the Bay/Saginaw market, Wixom/ Sanford lakefront and commercial zoned property. He was selected to participate in the Michigan Association of REALTORS® (MAR) Land Use Academy and has studied mixed-use residential housing in downtown Midland. Tom has a comprehensive understanding of the digital end (websites) of real estate marketing, serves on the professional standards committee, chaired the development for the MBOR REALTORS ® Weekly publication and attended MAR mediation training.
Tom is a life-long Midlander, whose family has long contributed to our community. From his uncle’s participation in establishing the Midland Public Schools (1940s) to Tom’s decade of dedication in developing and building the North Midland Family Center, there is a clear commitment to community. His education includes a BA from SVSU, a year long leadership fellowship from Michigan State University and membership with the Midland Chamber, Chippewa Nature Center, Little Forks Conservancy, and the Midland Jaycees. In time off Tom enjoys being on the lake in summer or watching the Red Wings during the cold season.
