ABRâ -Accredited Buyer's Representative This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. It requires demonstration of professional competence as a residential real estate manager in the following areas:
CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Member This comprehensive program includes graduate-level study in property analysis, valuation, cash flow projections and analysis, taxation, property development and marketing. CRB - Certified Residential Broker This is awarded to brokerage owners and managers who complete the CRB Management Certification Program, which includes problem solving and simulated training situations. CRS - Certified Residential Specialist This designation requires advanced study in listing, selling, investment, taxes plus a proven record of expertise in applied residential marketing. e-PRO This designation, recognized by the National Association of Realtors, recognizes the skills needed by today's agents to assist connected consumers with their real estate needs. GRI - Graduate of Realtors Institute A comprehensive series of courses covering all facets of real estate.
