Feb 4: Family Wellness Day - Midland Mall.

"Make Good Health Your Goal" at the 19th Annual Family Wellness Day on Feb. 4 at the Midland Mall. There will be free blood screenings, bone density tests, healthy recipes, stress reduction, weight loss and exercise tips. Interactive games, give-aways and demonstrations are scheduled throughout the day. The various demonstrations will include: Zumba, Jazzercise, Tae Kwon Do, Team Jump Roping, Tai Chi, Ballroom and Line Dance, Belly Dancing, and Pom Pon. All ages are welcome. Sponsored by Cancer Services, MidMichigan Health, and the Midland Daily News.
