Badger has been a licensed Realtor since 1987 and a co-owner / Broker of Ayre/Rhinehart Realtors in Midland since 2001. He became the sole owner / Broker of Ayre/Rhinehart Bay Realtors in Bay City, established in 2011. He loves spending time with clients and potential clients, getting to know them, their dreams, and their investment objectives. Together with his highly skilled and experienced team, Badger's goal is to be there every step of the home buying and/or selling process! He also specializes in commercial and investment real estate. As an active community member, Badger was a 2012 graduate of the Great Lakes Bay Leadership Institute, the 2004 Midland Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year, the 1999 Midland Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year, past community leader for Delta College's "Possible Dream: A Chocolate Affair", and a past Board Member of the Affordable Housing Alliance of Midland County. He was mentored by Dr. Fred Grosse for 12 years. Fifty of the top 100 Realtors in the world, as well as countless CEOs have been coached by Dr. Fred. Badger and his wife, Julie, created the Apple Tree Endowment Fund through Midland Area Community Foundation, which provide grants in support of parenting education programs in Midland County. He graduated from Albion College in 1985 with a B.A. in Economics and Management. Badger enjoys spending time with his active family, mountain biking, golfing and traveling.
